Bali has a distinct dry season and wet season, and knowing which is which can make or break your holiday.
Dry Season (April to October) The dry season is the best time to visit Bali for most travellers. Sunny skies, lower humidity, and ideal beach conditions make this the peak season. July and August are the busiest months — book accommodation and tours well in advance.
Shoulder Seasons (April–May and September–October) These are arguably the best months: good weather, fewer crowds, and slightly lower prices than peak season. Perfect for Indian travellers looking for value.
Wet Season (November to March) Bali doesn't close in the wet season — showers are usually brief and afternoon affairs. January–February see the heaviest rainfall. Prices are lower and attractions are less crowded. Great for budget-conscious travellers.
Best Months for Indian Travellers April, May, September, and October offer the best combination of good weather, reasonable prices, and manageable crowds.
