No. All our planning tools — including the AI Holiday Finder, Budget Calculator, Destination Comparison, Visa Guide, and Packing Checklist — are completely free to use. You only pay when you choose to book a package or service.

Yes. Every package shown is a starting point. You can adjust the duration, hotel category, activities, and inclusions. Contact us with your modifications and we will rework the itinerary and price for you.
Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed and full payment is received. Prices may exclude taxes, fees, and surcharges, which are shown at checkout. Availability changes in real time, which can affect the final price.
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway partners. Your card details are never stored on our servers — payment data is captured directly by the gateway.
Some packages support part-payment — pay a deposit to confirm your booking and the balance before travel. Availability depends on the supplier and package. Ask your travel expert when you request a quote.
Cancellation terms are specific to each package and supplier, and are always shown before you pay. Where a package does not carry its own policy, a default schedule applies: 25% forfeited for 30+ days notice, 50% for 15–29 days, 75% for 7–14 days, and 100% for less than 7 days or no-show. Approved refunds are credited within 30–45 working days for flights and 10–15 working days for hotels, counted from the date we confirm the refund. We acknowledge every cancellation request in writing within 48 hours.
Visa requirements vary by destination and your nationality. Our Visa Guide tool provides general guidance, but visa rules change frequently. You are responsible for confirming requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate. We are not liable for visa refusals.
